Education Philosophy
In simple terms our education philosophy is embedded in the name of this conscious company.
In ancient methods of learning through Spiraling Logic of "Smrti - Shrti" method, it is unclear who is learning more from who? The Wisdom Teachings are alive and they live through us as humane expression! Nature Speaks and we listen through “Earth Integration".”
Sustainable
Meaning the result of our education and service far exceeds the actual value of the information and effort. "Give someone food and they can eat one time... Share with them how to grow food and they can feed their families for a lifetime." A mindful action must produce a lifetime of sustainable good for not just one demographic of person, all beings must be included in this fairness system.
Humane
Refers to our "humanity" toward ALL beings. Our humanity is expressed through non-injury - nonviolence, empathetic/humane communication, and mindful action. We recognize the human is duty bound to serve the Earth and all beings without the want or need for anything in return.
Earth
Our bodies are made of water, earth and the elements. We are this baked clay pot with the nectar of subtle intelligence within. Earth is our inspiration, our first teacher, and this Mother lives for one purpose alone... to serve. With awe and respect we look to Mother Earth to be the greatest teacher and provider. To enhance our mindful relationship with Mother Earth is to reach the highest level of human excellence. SHE’s relationship with nature is referred to as EI or Earth Integration, through which the deepest questions of life are revealed, and therein we find meaningful purpose and participation.
Gunjen Mittal & Tyagaraja Welch
The creators of Sustainable Humane Earth.

Together Tyagaraja and Gunjen have toured in India and US through performance of original music, yoga/meditation and dance and a vision quest of permaculture design.

§ SHE created original Commercial Aquaponics and Permaculture Farm at Community Gardens Bastrop Tx 2017-2019.
§ SHE partners with Mendocino Ecological Learning Center and Max Meyers of Nor Cal Aquaponics to build Commercial Aquaponics and Permaculture Farms and produce Certification Courses in both field in California and Texas. 2011 - present.
